Over the past weeks, we have shared good news stories as our partner nonprofits continue to provide crucial services for members of our Ozarks community during the COVID-19 pandemic. United Way of the Ozarks would not have been able to meet the needs of our community during this health crisis without the incredible support of our donors. Our Coronavirus Response Fund delivers vital funding to our partner nonprofits during this time of crisis. 100% of these donations stay local and support UWO partners’ immediate needs. In 2020, our donors provided over $186,000 in funding to support critical needs like shelter, food, physical and mental healthcare, and nonprofit operational expenses. We will continue to fundraise and distribute these funds throughout the response and recovery efforts.
