Least of These – Spruce up the Pantry

This project will be mainly inside but will be working with our walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers. While you will be inside, you might want to bring a sweatshirt or jacket in case you get cold. This project will contain the following:
1. Wipe Down all of the shelving in the reach-in coolers
2. Sanitize all of the shelving in the reach-in coolers
3. Wipe down all of the shelving in the reach-in freezer
4. Sanitize all of the shelving in the reach-in freezer
5. Sweep and mop the produce cooler
6. Sweep and mop the walk-in cooler
7. Sweep and mop the walk-in freezer
8. Clean all of the glass doors on both the walk-in coolers and freezers
9. Wipe down & sanitize all tables and chairs at pantry. – This will be using a pressure washer and/or hose outside.
10. Clean & Sanitize all of the carts at the pantry. – This will be using a pressure washer and/or hose outside.

Least Of These, Inc., is located in Ozark directly north of Lambert’s between Braum’s and Lucy’s. If traveling from Springfield, take Highway 65 South to Hwy CC / J Exit. Turn left and go through the diverging diamond. At the stop light (Lambert’s will be on your right and Guaranty Bank will be on your left) turn left onto James River Road. Follow around the curve and Least Of These will be on the left between Lucy’s and Braum’s. Please park in front of the building (on the Braum’s side).
