Code of Conduct and Ethics:

All United Way of the Ozarks partner agency representatives are expected to adhere to all laws and governmental regulations applicable to their organization, and adhere to the ethical standards of their own profession. The following are the core ethical values, which apply to all staff, board members, partner agency representatives, and volunteers: * 1. Honesty 2. Integrity 3. Promise-keeping 4. Fidelity 5. Confidentiality Agreement:

Each Person shall exercise care not to disclose any confidential information acquired solely as a result of the affiliation with the United Way of the Ozarks to any person not authorized to receive such information, or use to the disadvantage of United Way of the Ozarks any such confidential information, without the express authorization of United Way of the Ozarks.

Conflict of Interest Policy:

To avoid a conflict of interest, CI Panelists may not be an employee, current board/committee member, or a direct family member of an employee or current board/committee member of any nonprofit applying for UWO funds (regardless of fund). For purposes of this policy, a "direct family member" includes the CI panelists spouse, brother, sister, parent, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and any other member of the committee member's household.
