CODE OF CONDUCT, ETHICS & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Code of Conduct and Ethics:

All United Way of the Ozarks partner agency representatives are expected to adhere to all laws and governmental regulations applicable to their organization, and adhere to the ethical standards of their own profession. The following are the core ethical values, which apply to all staff, board members, partner agency representatives, and volunteers: *

Confidentiality Agreement:

Each Person shall exercise care not to disclose any confidential information acquired solely as a result of the affiliation with the United Way of the Ozarks to any person not authorized to receive such information, or use to the disadvantage of United Way of the Ozarks any such confidential information, without the express authorization of United Way of the Ozarks.

Confirmation:

I certify that I have read and understand the Code of Conduct and Ethics, and Confidentiality Agreement, both of the United Way of the Ozarks, and agree to comply with the Agreements as they are stated in this document.
