We believe that each United Way community member, donor, volunteer, advocate and employee must have equal access to solving community problems.
United Way Ozarks Region embraces belonging and inclusion, not only with our words, but with our actions. We are committed to creating equitable and inclusive opportunities and reducing the racial, social and economic disparities that exist in our community. We will do this by identifying and eliminating barriers that have prevented historically marginalized groups from fully participating in society. We will leverage our assets (convening, strategic investments, awareness building, advocacy) to create a more equitable and inclusive community.
