Brandi VanAntwerp brings more than 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as President and CEO of United Way of the Ozarks. A committed advocate for community well-being, Brandi has led transformative initiatives in housing, youth support, healthcare, and philanthropy across southwest Missouri. Her career spans executive leadership, strategic planning, program development, and resource generation, having secured millions in grant funding and expanded services for vulnerable populations.

Prior to joining United Way, Brandi served as Executive Director of FosterAdopt Connect, where she guided the launch of impactful programs such as the YouthConnect Center. She also held leadership roles with CoxHealth Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Brandi holds a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University and is a proud graduate of Leadership Springfield Class 33. Her deep community involvement includes leadership roles with the Southwest Missouri Grant Writers Association, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Springfield Council of PTAs.
