Brandon Jenson

Brandon serves as the primary liaison to United Way's non-profit partners, coordinating the Community Investment process, United for Greatness, and Day of Caring projects to drive meaningful impact in our community.
Since graduating from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's degree in Community and Regional Planning (as well as a Bachelor's in French, which is very helpful in SW MO), he has worked at nearly every level of government with an extensive background in grants management and relationship building. He was recognized as one of the Springfield Business Journal's 2024 "40 Under 40" class, and the "Friendliest Person" in his high school class.
Brandon is a strong believer in government for and by the people, which speaks to his passions in civic engagement and good government practices.
